An Apple a day ...




Apple Cider Vinegar




An apple a day helps keep the dr. away. Apple Cider Vinegar that is. Socrates and Hippocrates had two main staples they used, Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar. 

I only blog about information I have tried myself. I have been using Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for over three years now. 
Oh... I remember the first time I put that tablespoon of Raw ACV in a cup of water. YUCK!!! I thought I was gonna throw up. It's pretty potent stuff. I am not gonna tell you this stuff tastes good, because it doesn't. I have learned to drink it and it not bother me though. 

What can Apple Cider Vinegar do?

If you look above at the picture, Bragg organic Apple Cider Vinegar has something called " The Mother " in it. The Mother is referring to Mother of Vinegar and is made up of living nutrients and bacteria. You can see it settled in the bottom of the bottle. 

  • Potassium - Helps to keep teeth strong, limits hair loss & eliminates a runny nose. 
  • Pectin - Helps blood pressure and targets bad cholesterol
  • Calcium - Strong Bones
  • Malic Acid - Anti-bacterial & Anti-fungal
  • Ash - Alkaline property that aids your body maintaining a proper pH level 


Heartburn sufferers listen up. 1 tablespoon of ACV mixed in a 4 ounce cup of water after a meal is better than any heartburn medication.

Weight loss is a focus for everyone and ACV breaks fats down so your body can use them for later rather than store them in your gut. Many diets recommend using ACV.

You can add this to salads or foods to make it less potent. 
I try and drink a glass of water a day with it. I have noticed a huge difference in my immune system when I've done so.

Believe me, I know this stuff doesn't taste great, but it sure has some valuable content. 
Keep the dr. away, and choke down a glass of ACV today!! 

Be sure to shake the bottle to mix around the nutrients. 
You can use 1 tablespoon per 32 ounces of water and it won't be as bad, and you will still get the benefits. 

The foods we eat, pollution in the air,  and stress can really lower are alkaline pH levels in our bodies. It makes it difficult to digest food and for our bodies to absorb the good stuff we do eat. 
ACV can really help with that.
